  • I know you feel very misunderstood, when all you want is for someone to understand. I’d like to understand you and your experience better.

  • I see how painful it is to be seen as a problem, when you are doing your best to survive. I’d like to see you more clearly and with more compassion.

  • I appreciate all the ways that you have tried to protect me. Thank you for being here for me.

  • The work that you do is often unrecognized and underappreciated. I want you to know I see you, and I'm working on understanding you better.

  • I'm not trying to get rid of you. You're an important part of me. I'd like to invite you to learn new ways of coping with me.

Thank u for this! ❤️ I try to understand myself but its hard when I feel like people dont understand me, and get irritaded with me at my new work.. Also too afraid to set boundries when they talk to me irritaded, do u have any tips for me?
