Formally trained in curriculum development, assessment, and classroom management. Familiarity in formal classroom settings, as well as group and workshop facilitation and individual mentoring. Trauma-informed approach when working with survivors of sexual trauma.

Collaborated on the design and editing of Finding Hope Support Group literature and website during and after the pilot program. Created an online forum for future support group leader education and training consisting of learning units regarding group safety, group leader roles, conflict resolution, etc. Created written resources for group leaders in the form of a New Meeting Handbook, Crisis Management Guidelines, and other documents that have been used as resources in the building of the Finding Hope Support Group website.
